TrustLink has a dedicated, secure, state-of-the-art facility that operates independently of Peaks & Plains whilst being situated within our Head Office environment.  The control centre is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year by a close-knit staff team that have enjoyed the highest quality training available. 

The technology used within the control centre enables the staff to immediately identify the specific sensor or alarm trigger, the customer, address, family contacts, G.P. and closest TrustLink Officer.  The systems we use also hold (securely) medical information relating to medication, physical and mental health, keysafe access codes (where applicable) and all interaction TrustLink has had with the customer.

The technology enables us to respond efficiently and effectively.  In the case of a genuine emergency, we can continue to converse with our customer whilst at the same time raising an alert with any responding individual from the family, TrustLink or the emergency services.  This enables us to provide invaluable reassurance to our customer that help is on the way including an expected time of arrival, whilst also giving us the opportunity to constantly update the responder to the situation with the customer.

In addition to the obvious functions of the control centre, we are not just there for the emergencies.  Many of our customers enjoy additional, value added services such as safe & well calls after an incident, birthday calls, home alone calls when family are on holiday and regular contact with our control centre staff to check the equipment is functioning properly.
