This philosophy of continuous improvement, efficiency gains, cost reductions appeals to our corporate customers. As an organisation, we work closely with contracted partners on a supply basis for our telecare services. Our contracts include full service provision across a rural county and remote monitoring contracts, one of which has recently enjoyed a 4 year extension as a result of our consistently high performance.
Peaks & Plains was successfully appointed to the Buying Solutions Telecare, Telehealth and Telecoaching framework and regularly receives capability assessments and invitations to tender from providers UK wide.
We are selective in which opportunities we pursue as we have a commitment and obligation to our current customers and will not jeapordise the quality of service they receive to break into a new geographical area, or to simply generate additional revenue. As an ethical trading company with charitable and not-for-profit status, our goals are different from our commercial competitors. As a result, we are proud of the reputation we have worked hard to achieve and wouldn't want to negatively affect it through promising something we couldn't confidently deliver.
By entering into a contract, we commit ourselves entirely to deliver services to the same exacting standards our customers enjoy, no compromise.
