TrustLink offers existing customers the opportunity to access
additional support for a short period through our highly valued
Safe & Well call service.
Safe & Well calls have been developed for our customers who are confident, independent people who have had a period of illness, an accident, a recent operation or a spell in hospital. Many customers feel confident enough to continue with their daily routines at home knowing that there is a support service not only on hand at the touch of a button, but also, calling each day to see how things are.
Safe & Well services are not only for those situations described above. For some of our less independent customers who have family on hand for reassurance, TrustLink can provide the Safe & Well service for their relative peace of mind. Instead of worrying how parents and Grandparents health and well-being is whilst on holiday and unable to help, Safe & Well is there to help make those calls and provide that reassurance.
