In many ways this service is an extension and enhancement of TrustLinks' Safe & Well service and is a very popular service for many reasons. It could be that following a period of more intense illness or incapacity, a lengthier spell in hospital leading to some mobility issues or your family / carers taking a holiday during a time in your life where your independence is slightly more challenging than normal.
For customers who feel that Safe & Well doesn't offer enough, Community+ delivers a routine daily visit from one of our highly trained, experienced and friendly TrustLink Officers. Whilst with you, we check on your well-being, and provide you and your family and friends with that added reassurance and peace of mind that a trusted friend will be with you every day and there at the press of a button should you need them 24 hours a day.
Like our Home Alone service, should you, or your family, feel that a more responsive service is appropriate, there is no need to do anything more than contact us and we can discuss your options with you and make any amendments to your current service without any hassle.
