Service Levels

TrustLink services have been designed to be truly flexible around your individual needs.  The variety of equipment and sensors listed and described on the Telecare page demonstrate how flexible we can be when creating your bespoke support package (see our adding value page for more information).  We offer a 5 tier service depending on the level of service you need, and your location (you can change service levels at any time).


1 Star Service - 24 hours a day, every day of the year alarm monitoring service.  Response is to be provided by family, friends, carers or emergency services.  TrustLink require a minimum of 3 contacts who are willing to respond day or night to qualify for this service level.  The customer is required to test their equipment monthly by simply pressing their pendant.  The 1 Star Service is available nationwide.


The following services are currently only available in the county of Cheshire East and some neighbouring towns and villages.
2 Star Service - 24 hours a day, every day of the year alarm monitoring service.  Response to be provided by family, friends, carers or the emergency services.  Should the alarm not require emergency service intervention and no contacts are available, a TrustLink Officer will attend.


3 Star Service - 24 hours a day, every day of the year alarm monitoring service.  Response to be provided by family, friends, carers or the emergency services.  Should the alarm not require emergency service intervention and no contacts are available, a TrustLink Officer will attend.  In addition, a TrustLink Officer will conduct a monthly visit to check on your well-being and test the equipment for you.


4 Star Service - 24 hours a day, every day of the year alarm monitoring service.  Response to be provided by family, friends, carers or the emergency services.  Should the alarm not require emergency service intervention and no contacts are available, a TrustLink Officer will attend.  In addition, a TrustLink Officer will conduct a weekly visit to check on your well-being and perform the monthly equipment test for you.


5 Star Service - 24 hours a day, every day of the year alarm monitoring service.  Response to be provided by family, friends, carers or the emergency services.  Should the alarm not require emergency service intervention and no contacts are available, a TrustLink Officer will attend.  In addition, a TrustLink Officer will conduct a daily visit to check on your well-being and perform the monthly equipment test for you.


For your protection and ours, we record all telephone and alarm calls.  All your personal data is stored securely on a computer system in accordance with the Data Protection Act and privacy and confidentiality are maintained within all aspects of the service.
