TrustLink looks to share its expertise with UK partners

A pioneer in telecare services, not-for-profit organisation,
TrustLink, is launching a consultancy proposition so partners in
the UK can benefit from its experience in the provision of
assistive technologies.

Set up by Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, the telecare
specialist has established a reputation for quality over the past
thirty years, earning the coveted Platinum membership accreditation
by the TSA (Telecare Services Association).

TrustLink is now launching a consultancy offering, advising
organisations on the development of support services to facilitate
independent living.

Experts at TrustLink will act as consultants on all aspects of
telecare support, from systems and processes to underpin the
services, to manufacturer and supplier connections, joint
procurement initiatives, product intelligence and installation
techniques.

The TrustLink team includes specialists in emerging
technologies, a control centre delivering 24 hour support and a
response service to suit customer needs.

Commenting on the launch of the consultancy service, Andy
Lofthouse, New Business Manager from Peaks & Plains, said: "As
a not-for-profit organisation, we have reinvested continually into
the TrustLink service to ensure it is in a prime position to take
to market."

We are looking to team up with selected organisations that fit
with our brand, our commitment to excellence and sound ethics. This
is an exciting time for the team and it's a great opportunity to
share our expertise and extend our offering."

The team at TrustLink plans to work with a limited number
partners each year, to maintain its commitment to excellent
standards and carefully manage its growth.
